YOU'RE A MASTERMIND

Secret Strength: intellect

Words to describe you: logical, strong willed, analytical, innovative

Power profile: You know that saying "knowledge is power"? Well they made it up with you in mind! You're a sharp thinker, and your emotions don't get in the way of your decision making. You like to reflect on any experience to see what you can take away from it--whether it's good or bad. You think, "Okay, what did I learn and how can I use it in the future?" The result? You've got a theory on almost everything--like your "how to tell if a guy likes you" theory, your "when it's okay to break curfew" theory--we could go on! Since you hate passing up opportunities, you tend to overload yourself and get stressed out. But your need to be in control whips you back on track.

How to work it: You're always thinking so fast that before you can put one idea into action, you've moved on to the next one. Make those ideas into success stories by strategizing! First, get yourself a special dream book with folders inside, where you can jot down your interests and ideas and file stuff you find that relates to them. Soon you'll start to see that a basic interest in, let's say, travel might morph into an idea for a teen travel guide. Whatever it is, it jumps out and says, "Pick me! You can do this!" Next: Own your idea. Plot out the steps to making it real (ask a teacher to help you write a book proposal, talk to a travel agent about getting free trips for research), and get started! That little book idea might get you a publishing deal and a nationwide tour! Now, maybe you don't want to write a book. Fine--it's up to you to figure out what you'll do to make that dough. But if you follow this advice, it's only a matter of time before you will!

Dream Jobs: Medical researcher, photojournalist, magazine or newspaper writer, surgeon, psychiatrist, computer programmer, engineer, college professor, lawyer, advertising executive, economist, detective.
