I'm already working on the SPN mpreg bang, but I want to do this one too. It may be too much though. If I sign up as an author, but discover that I can't handle a second big bang, when do I have to drop out by?

If you wish to drop out, it would be preferable to do so before claiming starts (which would be on August 1st).
However, there's no actual rule that binds you for the entire period of the Bang once you've signed up, so technically, you could drop out at any time, although it would be inconvenient for your artist if you wish to do so after your fic has been claimed.

Question: How does this challenge feel about threesome pairings including Sam/Castiel or Jared/Misha? Obviously I wouldn't write Dean/Castiel with a touch of Sam/Castiel of anything, but if it's something where everyone in the relationship gets the same amount of focus or the story focuses more on Jared/Misha than Jared/Misha/other person, would that be acceptable? (For the record, I'd probably do something with Jared, Misha, and Genevieve, if it's an allowed option).

Yes, that's totally fine. The latter, of course, is preferable, since it's a Sastiel/Mishalecki challenge after all, but basically yes, threesomes are acceptable. We also just edited the FAQs with a proper answer to reflect this.

It's pretty simple, just like a check-in, and you'll have a whole week to do that starting from November 15th. Basically, we just need you and your artist to be on the same page that you're both ready to post whenever you're scheduled to do so and confirm that with us by commenting on that check-in post. We hope this answer is helpful to you.
