(Artists) Draft Submission Guidelines

Remember, artists, all your drafts are due on November 9th, 2013.

To great souls who're already done and would like to submit early, do feel free to do so!

Your rough drafts do not need to be finalized and 100% polished, but they must fulfil the minimum requirement of at least one piece of art (500px x 500px minimum) or a video of at least one(1) minute in length. You can keep working and editing your works until your final posting date.

Here is what we're looking for when you're submitting your drafts:

1. Art/Graphics
   You can send this to us in either one of two ways:
   
   
   • Attach all your files and send them via e-mail to "sastielbigbang@gmail.com". Your art must be saved in either one of these formats: (.jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif, .tga). If there is more than one piece, you can send them in a bunch as a (.zip, .rar, .7z) file or;
   • Upload your files to Photobucket and provide us with active links to your art via e-mail to "sastielbigbang@gmail.com". Make sure the album the images are in is set to private.
2. Videos
   Upload your video to a reliable video hosting site (Youtube or Vimeo) and set the video's privacy settings so that only selected people are able to view it. Then, send an e-mail to "sastielbigbang@gmail.com" with an active link (and password if applicable) to the video.
   
   
3. In the title of your e-mail, write as follows: "Art Draft Submission"
   In the contents, fill in this form and include it inside:
   
   Username:
   Author:
   Fic title:
   
   If you are creating art for more than one story, send separate e-mails with their respective art and information.

Remember to also send a copy of your files and/or links to your authors if you haven't!
