(no subject)
I have been away from my livejournal forever! actually away from my computer forever, these past couple weeks have been craziness.
The play is over. I'm sad. Except not as sad as I usually get. That's not to say I didn't love this play, actually,I loved the people I met in this play. That always happens I mean I meet new people every time I do a show but this time I met a lot of people who are in my class that I had never talked to before and we became friends. They are fun people and I loved doing the show with everyone. Some highlights : "my panties are down BAM!!!",Harry Potter interpretation, Sanchez and mercedes, conversations on stage about extremely disgusting topics (ex. Daniel Shonhaut talking about anal rapping crocodiles. who says that?? hahah). gosh it was just too many good times. I think I have been realizing lately though that you can't hang on to the fun times forever. What makes the plays special is that they don't happen all the time so you have this couple of months where you spend hours with this group of people and you bond and then when its over you walk out with a bunch of new friends but then your life returns to normal and then it happens again. I love this phenomenon. I heard someone say once that life is about finding the next thing you will miss. I really like that out look. I will miss Annie Get Your Gun and all of the people I don't see on an everyday basis, but it was nice while it lasted.
I like the way things are going right now. Prom is in exactly 5 days and I feel like maybe something good is starting, Multicultural week is after that which means no prom diet a.k.a SAMOSAS. omg i'm freaking excited for those, then tour, Spring break, summer, France.
I got my final application for France in the mail today. I almost peed my pants I am so excited! A whole month will be so much fun. My French will get so much better, which would be a good thing since I know I failed the French test today. Oooouuii.
