My job is great, I am spoilt.
Here's the art I've been peering at. The Dzama show at David Zwirner is excellent, far superior to the Nara attempt. Marcel actually puts content in his work. Nara is just contexualizing his style. Dzama has puzzles of restrained sexy and violence. I spent some time with the Courbet's at the Met as well as another hit of Japaese screens. I went to the Dahesh Museum, I'll need a good reason to go back, it's really more of a store. L and I went to Frank Haines party and drinky crowed with Chicago and SF immigrants. Sunday morn we were 7 minute late to the promenade, so no "Floater. We went to the NaturaL History Museum for our Smithson moment, then pizza with Jeremy, Mary and Yackie. I am glad H-town is OK, but I'm still staying awawy as long as I can help it.
