RAIN!!!!
so it rained today for the first time in however long.... and the haze from the fires is clearing away. i can finally see the mountains again... and WOW!! they're absolutely gorgeous!!
i ended up going out with meaghans friend holly for the majority of yesterday. drove around and smoke a bunch.... do u know its legal to carry around 4oz or less?? we went to lunch... expensive cuz food is shipped here and everything in grocery stores and restaurants costs about $2 more here than at home. then we went to the bead store because holly is WICKED talented and makes amazing necklaces and is making me one so i had to go and buy beads with her.......... its gonna be dankness! so then she wanted to show me cool stuff so we drove an hour out.... mountains on one side and ocean on the other... to this place called portage glacier. well........... the glacier has melted sooooo much that its receded back behiend the mountains - but there were all kinds of random pieces of ice just floating around and the mountains had snow all over them and they were gorgeous... of course i took pictures. and then i stole glacier water from the ocean... and holly took a picture of me touch the water......... FREEEEEEEEEEEZING!!!!!
so i was driving down the street (which looks like a highway to me... or like the pike or something) with meaghans boyfriend josh smoking a blunt and josh tells me to look out the window and there is this female moose... just chillin!! it was incredible... we were going to quickly to take a picture... but i think ill see more moose than i can take pictures of while im here... just a feeling... maybe im wrong!
i got my period yesterday morning which made me all crampy and gross and i ended up sleeping the rest of the night when i got back.
woke up this morning to 4 voice messages...... i miss jesse and diadra!!!
theres noone here right now........ im all by myself in this cute little alaskan home with 2 dogs and a DANK outdoor hottub and an amazing view of the mountains........ *sigh*.... life is tough!
