Agile Health Plan Epics

It's Monday. whoopee. :( I had a nice relaxing weekend, though. I got a lot of reading and planning done. I've decided on my three Epics for my Agile Health Plan. They are:
  • Lose 26 pounds - That will put me at 196, which is a weight I really feel good at
  • Lower my cholesterol: Total under 200, LDL 100-129, 60 mg/dL and above
  • Teach Loki to walk on a leash - you all know what a trial this has been for me
I've also started putting stories in my health backlog, but I'll wait til Sunday to start deciding what I want to do during Sprint 1.

Not much going on other than I wish it would get warm and melt everything. This weather is definitely a drain on my brain!
