Just because you work at a bank, doesn't mean you know what you are doing. I have NEVER had soooo many problems with a wire transfer in my ENTIRE life.
"Um...oh I put the wrong name for the account"-says the woman
Ok...so that holds me up 3 days after her telling me it went through. Then she tries to charge me to resend it.
I don't think so. ..
It was her mistake....which I don't understand. You see, I gave her the document with the correct NAME and ACCOUNT number on it.
It isn't my fault she can't read.
I'm so PO' d right now, I could hit her with a big stick.

Not very "Christmas" like of me is it?
