new lazy routine

Get Up: 8 am
Jumping Jacks - 10 minutes
Eat a nice breakfast
a snack of something light
snack throughout the day or eat a somewhat healthy lunch(i.e. if its nachos its nachos if its a salad its a salad. as long as im not ordering 5 items of the 99 cent menu to fill me up!)
workout after work if possible OR
eat dinner as early as possible.

I feel like this is ridiculous easy. I 10mins worth of jumping jacks twice a day burn almost 400 calories for me. I mean i have to wear like 3 bras to do it but there can only be so many down sides of it.
