Ah, and so I do. Yesterday was quite... well yeah. You'll have that now and then. So heres how it went down...
Carrie's friend Kelsey slept over Monday night. We went to the grocery store to buy milk for my mom and I kept threatening to kiss Carrie's elbow because she was mad at me (hee hee hee, it was hilarious!) Then we went to Kelsey's and picked up her stuff, Carrie and I ate a whole bar of chocolate we found in her room. Yum! We watched some Family Guy, including the episode with one of my favorite quotes ever:
"Hey there Big Guy... how ya holding up? You wanna get a sooooda? Mmmmm? Oh screw it! I tried!" -Stewy
Then we threw in Moulin Rouge, which Kelsey had never seen. Despite being a little bit hostile about the fact that it stars Nicole Kidman, she enjoyed it. The music in that flick is really something, ya gotta love it!
In the morning, we slept late, and watched Dawson's Creek. Ah, the joys of a teenage soap opera. Kevin had league at 12:30, so mom took him to that, and Carrie and I stayed home with the puppy. Well... for a while the puppy was there. She went up to Rysdahls for a while, so Carrie and I watched some TV and then went to get her. Up there, we met a goat! His name is Chester, and he's cute in a weird kind of little goat way. He makes little goat noises, and it's just HILARIOUS! Having met that goat, I'm seriously considering marrying a guy who lives on a farm so that I can have a pet goat...
On the way home, stopped at Tyler's to talk to him about his plans for the evening. His dad enjoyed the puppy, although she gave us a heart attack when she decided to run into the street... *shudder* Anyways, it was concluded that we would meet at Carrie's softball game at 6, then probably go play Halo. Correction, Tyler would play Halo, I would observe and most likely be forced to play and make a fool of myself.
Came home and attempted to bake mini-cheesecakes, wished Lisard was allowed to be baking with us, but mom said no. However, I was shooed out of the kitchen when I started eating more of the Nilla Wafers and swirled chocolate chips than I should've. So I came down here and found Noah was on. Yippie! We talked for a long while... so long in fact, that I didnt realize my family had gone to baseball and softball games. So when Tyler called me asking 'Are you coming down to this game or not?' I figured out that I would have to talk more to Noah later. I didnt want to stop talking to him at all, believe me, but I still had to clean up the dishes! Did that, and got outa the house...
Met up with Tyler at the game... had some good chats like we always do. Cuddled with the puppy to keep her warm because she was shivering... soooo cute! Then Tyler and I left the game and played 4-square with some people. Well, I watched. I love watching my friends play 4-square because it's just hilarious... they're so into it sometimes! It was me, Nikki, Jenny, Bretta, Tyler, Jordan, Alyssa, and Katye came after work. Excellent times... and I got to eat Katye blizzard because she didnt want it... thanks, Kater! It definitely tied me over!
We ended up at DQ after that... me, Tyler, Jenny, Bretta, Jordan and Alyssa. They all had ice cream, but I was extremely hungry for real food. We smushed into a booth because it was cold outside, and who did we find inside? Russel and Kyle! So good to see Russel... semi-good to see Kyle. He barely acknowledged me... but I guess you'll have that. Anyways, Tyler left with them to play Halo, and the rest of us joked about crashing the little party... well we (minus Bretta and Jordan) ended up doing that. I was the only one who knew where Kyle's house was, so I had to be in the car that led (Alyssa's) I called Noah on the way... just to talk and tell him about my funny evening. It was also very amusing because both Alyssa and I were hyped up on sugar to an extreme, so there was lots of giggling on the NU end of the phone call. However, Noah just laughed at us (OK, mainly at me) and it was fine.
We got to Kyles and went down to the basement where the guys (Kyle, Tyler, Russel, Jason and Luke) were playing Halo. We joined in the merriment by encouraging Russel and beating up on Luke because he just really blows at Halo. Alyssa and I amused ourselves with Jason's camera phone for a while, and then watched as Jenny attempted to play Halo... she tried! Then Jenny discovered a nerf dart gun, and things went downhill. Long story short, Luke shot me in the eye. I was unarmed and hadnt said anything mean for a while. It freakin hurt (still does) and it didnt help that I was getting tired... so Alyssa and I left when they decided to go outside. She took me to my car, and I came home.
Got on to check emails, and Noah signed on! We talked some more... I told him about the nerf dart, funny conversation ensued. Then he went to bed, and I realized how tired I actually was... but I didnt go to sleep until after I'd watched all 5 chapters of R. Kelly's 'Trapped in the Closet' Ah ha ha... that story is mildly amusing.
So that was yesterday... and I dont have plans for today yet except for going to work sometime this afternoon. I found out that college chem isnt going to be offered second semester, so I might get to take Foods with a Flair after all. That would actually be pretty nice. Thats all I've got for now, so see ya'll later!
