There Isnt A Proper Subject For What I'm Feeling...

I'm having an extreme case of not happiness. Know why? Well if you do, you can skip to the next paragraph. If you dont... here's why. Tuesday afternoon, my father found out that he needed emergency eye surgery. So Wednesday, my mom took him up to the Twin Cities and the procedure was done. No kinks, everything went smoothly and as planned. I played Mom all day and drove Carrie and Kevin around everywhere. I went to Lukie's baseball game that night, and almost fell asleep. Needless to say, an entire day of being completely responsible for my sibs had taken its toll on me. After that... I was ready to go back to being lazy and watching SNL at 11 in my pajamas. Thursday was the follow up to Dad's surgery, so again, I did taxi service in the morning... and into the afternoon (my mom didnt feel like driving and needed to watch Dad) Thursday was also my senior pictures. I fought long and hard with my mom about how to wear my hair... but of course, she had the 'I'm paying for these pictures' card... so I lost the arguement. I think they'll be fine... but augh. I hate it when I dont get my way. And today... today was the absolute last straw. I had to drive everybody everywhere once again because Mom had to finish everything around the house before she goes to Mahtomedi this weekend. Oh, by the way... she's taking my car up there. So I will get the joy of driving the soccer mom mini van until I leave (THANK GOD) Saturday afternoon. I went to work... and I was so glad to be there... pretty much because it wasnt in my car picking up or dropping off.

In other news... to lighten my mood... I LEAVE FOR ST OLAF WITH JENNY TOMORROW!!! AHHHHHH!!!
