These are the areas that currently top my list of places that I'm interested in living.
Seattle/Tacoma
Denver/Boulder
New York City
Nashville
They all have NFL franchises and all but Seattle have NHL franchises (though the Vancouver Canucks are only about 2 hours away). All but Nashville have pro baseball teams. They all have good nightlife and good economies and are consistantly ranked among the best places for young singles to live. Seattle and New York have the advantage of being on the ocean, which I like. Denver is in the mountains, which I like. Nashville I believe is on a river, though I'm not sure, but at the least, it's the country music capital of the world, which is cool with me.
I just want something new. I think that's why I want to live on the ocean or near mountains so bad. I've only seen the ocean a handful of times (and never seen the Pacific) and I've never seen mountains. I guess Seattle has the advantage of both the ocean and mountains, though it has the distinct disadvantage of being near active volcanoes. Anyway, these are the places I'm thinking of right now. This will probably change again before I actually do move.
