I know I just posted but on a completely different note...I dunno if anyone of you have heard of The Postal Service but they're this great band
I was reading about them cuz I was bored and my new thing is indie music
anyway so i found out that the band is actually a collaboration between this guy from california and the lead singer of death cab for cutie...they used to send tracks back and forth from cali to seattle...anyway they got a couple of girls to do vocals on some of the tracks as well as chris walla (anther member of death cab) and the postal service was born...I assume the name came from the way in which the songs were recorded...I think that's so cool not to mention that the band is amazing...I thought the guys voice was familiar.
Now I realize why travis morrison was trying to be like the postal service cuz he's friends with a couple of its members...well he first needs to ditch glittery shirt girl if he's ever gonna match the postal service's talent I know he has it in him (hello dismemberment plan)
