Rainy day + Old Navy bag + dropping it on the floor + forgetting about it = bad things happening to your wood floor.
Yuppers. Yuppers it does. The other day I came in from the pouring rain carrying 3 shopping bags, my lap top case, the mail, my purse, my dirty lunch dishes and my winter jacket. I dropped the bags on the table and the ON bag must have fallen to the floor. I completely forgot about it and went about my merry way - putting things away, sorting stuff, getting dinner ready etc. Well, last night I decided to try the stuff on since it was stuff my mother had gotten for me and went to pick the bag up off the floor. With a sickening "rip" sound the bag peeled away from the floor leaving behind a brightly colored pattern. I absolutely freaked out. I was 100% convinced that I had ruined the hard wood flooring.
Then - a stroke of genius. The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, surely this would work. And what do you know? No more plastic bag residue left on the floor! DH doesn't even know it was ever there!!
