So, the honeymoon's over.
Well, not really - I mean the actual honeymoon is over, but we're still in love. It was pretty rockin' for the most part. Chris got a bad (second degree bad) burn on the last full day we were in Tahiti. Ended up having to bail on our flight from LA to DC b/c he was so SO in pain. That boy can get crazy when he hurts - I honestly thought I was going to have to call the front desk of the hotel and get some help to get his crazed ass out of there to get to the urgent care facility (btw - don't get me started on their concept of "urgent" care!)
Anyway - he's asleep, has been since 11, but since he's snoring so badly (and taking up 3/4 of the bed btw) I wasn't able to get to sleep. So, here I am at 3:30 in the morning all caught up on my flist and having to get up and get my classroom ready in just over 4 hours. Can you say "sucks much"?
I'll try to get some kind of consolidated post about the wedding/honeymoon some point soon - although no promises, it is the first week of school afterall and I have done no, yuppers NO, prep work. As far as I know, my desks are still pushed up against the wall! Yike-a-roonies!!!
