Vacation, Here I Come
Okay, I wasn't as productive yesterday as I had originally planned, but today is a new day, right? ...and I just got approval to take two weeks vacation beginning at 5:00pm on Friday. I don't think I've ever taken this much time off (that's if you don't count maternity leave or the time I took two weeks off between jobs in 2000). I think I will spend the next two weeks living as if I am independently wealthy. I plan to get up early everyday, take Emery where he needs to go and then hit the gym, read a book, do some window shopping, sew, and pick around on the guitar. I'll let you know how the master plan goes.
