Don't Wash Your Cell Phones
It's Friday and my favorite band is playing on xm radio online. I went to deposit some money in the bank and then stopped to shop at two places on campus before returning to my office. So, why did I deposit money? I bought another MSU Staff T-shirt (like I don't have enough) and 4 mums to put into pots and put on my back patio. It needs more life, even it is only for a little while. I guess this means I need to make a pit stop at Lowe's to purchase some new pots for my new plants. I'm thinking something whimsicle is in order. I played hookie yesterday with Emery. (They sent him home the day before with a rash on his face. It was all cleared up, but I decided to milk it for all it was worth.) It was nice that I did because Emery and I got to have lunch with juliejones . Thanks for the call.
My dear hubby comes in tonight. I just can't wait to see him. With him gone all the time, some weeks are better than others, and this week I really missed him. We didn't get to talk on the phone as much since I washed his phone with his jeans last weekend while we were at my mom's house. ~ He told me his pockets were empty, so I didn't even check. We called it to see if it worked after he'd taken it apart and dried it out. It rang, so he decided it was working and then turned it off. It turns out that it will ring, but none of the buttons work so he can't actually answer it and he can't dial out. He's hoping his work will replace it. *shh ~ we're not telling them why it stopped working* that will be our little secret.
