Dependency is a Biznatch

(I got that word from Laguna Beach, cause I'm a wannabe O.C. resident). I lost my cell phone today, and I don't have a phone in the dorm, cause a certain BOYFRIEND lost my land line phone that I let him borrow. So I'm stuck with no phone, and I can't, for the life of me, find my phone. Chris called me around 11am to let me know that someone found it in the Student Center, where it apparently fell out of my backpack, and they said they were going to leave it with the desk worker or something. So, I checked at the desk. No phone. They told me to check with Campus Safety. No phone. I checked back at the student center. No phone. I tried calling my phone to see if anyone answered it, but as luck would have it, today was the day I decided to turn off the ringer. I asked Chris to call customer service at Sprint to let them know the phone was lost, but he kept getting hung up on.

I feel so sheltered, lost and alone without my phone. No one can get a hold me at all. And I have to endure two flights of stairs to use the phones in the lobby, should the need arise to call someone, which is a very limited list of people because there are only a few numbers I have memorized. I NEED MY PHONE!!!
