Save the Last Dance for Me
Chris and I are taking dance lessons at Fred Astaire Dance Studio. We had our first lesson last week, and our second lesson and practice session is tomorrow. I can tell Chris would rather not be there, but I'm glad that he's doing this for me. So far, we've learned the foxtrot, the waltz and the swing. My favorite is the waltz cause we learned how to twirl, and I like twirling. It makes me feel like a princess.
I've been "demoted" to a crappy desk for the next 2 months. Not really demoted, but in transition for when school starts and for other people moving around, new people hiring on and current workers leaving. Once I can, I'll be moved back to a nice desk. I don't really mind the transition period, though, because I like change. It keeps things exciting.
