My Desk Sits in Antarctica
Time for some hot coffee to counteract the frigid ice cold air in this office building. It's kind of ridiculous that I have to turn on a HEATER in the middle of summer. Seriously, it's that cold in here. It could be just me, though. Since my dad likes to keep our house around 83 degrees in the summer. I suppose I'm not used to the cold. And then people say, "I thought you were from Michigan!" and I have to reply with, "You never get USED to the cold, besides a lot of houses in Michigan, including our old houses, don't have air conditioning, and it DOES get warm in the summer time."
Last night, Tamara and I watched the Season Premier of Laguna Beach (season 2) on MTV and got to talking about if we had a reality show, just how boring it would be. We'd sit around watching tv, meowing at my cat during commercials and saying, "I wonder if I'm saying anything to him in cat language." Then Tamara would get up out of her chair, because a song would be playing on the tv and she would "booty" dance by herself. Seriously... that's our day in a nutshell. Kind of entertaining... but only for a few moments, and then it would just be repetative and boring.
