Overall, this anime was decent. I have to say that the last three episodes boosted the ratings. Another plus is that the fight scenes are short. The plot and storyline itself is OK. I think what grabs me is the character development in this anime. Cheesy as all main characters go, the sacrifices made by Mutou Kazuki aren't played out heroically but rather, that was just how his character is. Another plus was that the relationship between him and Tokiko was not ambiguous like most anime. It developed as the story went on but it was not a central love theme and I will sacrifice it all ONLY for you but rather, you are one of the most important people, therefore I will sacrifice for you. It also didn't hurt that the villain was Pappilion, a strange body suit wearing high school boy. The relationship between him and Kazuki was that of friend/foe.
