Lantern Festival and Halloween
We went to the Chinese Lantern Festival at the Botanics. Part of their Autumn entertainment. Rather underwhelming in that there wasn't very much on display, but they were pretty cool.
L had fun at Haloween. K made a rather splendid little bat costume. They all dressed up at daycare, though I don't think they went dooking for apples or anything. We didn't have a large lantern this year, we had a couple of small pumpkins on the mantlepiece, but L thought they looked like apples, and ate them accordingly. Just as well we didn't have a big one...
