Lower Back Stretches
I do love this one so much. As the description said - I complain of lower back pain quite a bit.
Went out for waffles with Red last night. We had a good time. Conversation was upbeat, and the place was pretty much empty. We chatted with our server, joking and laughing. Apparently his son made out like a bandit for his birthday - I am sure that kid has more money than I do now!
It is a gorgeous day today. The house is open the Jasmine is blooming and it is making everything smell so freekin' wonderful. The trees across the street are beautiful and green (no house there. yet.) and they make me smile.
I finished a new drawing that I need to scan. Perhaps I'll do that today, so I can get it posted. It turned out decently. For that matter, I need to update my entire drawings and photography galleries. It's sad that my deviantart account is more complete than my website itself.
