C-crunches
Ohh, i like those. Another one that i need a bit of balance to work out too. Excellent.
The Spousal Unit and I had dinner with Kitty and her husband yesterday - Logan's Roadhouse. They are doing well, which makes me so happy. She sitll has some medical issues, but i will continue to be there to support her as much as I can. I -really- wish they were staying and not PCSing to Nevada, but.. what can I do except whine? I do know she's going to be glad to be out of FL, so I have to be happy about that for her. And i am!
More epic dreaming - this time in a location that i've dreamed about before. Totally different dream; exact same location. I've actually dreamed of this location 4 or 5 times now and I can tell you what -- do not trust the elevators there. They sway and wobble. It's NOT comfortable. /grin/
We take Mystic to the vet tomorrow for her annual shots. She's 16 going on 17 now; quite the crotchety old lady. We are going to get the 'gee i am old, but let's make sure i am still as healthy as a horse' bloodwork done for her this year.
