An ending is just the beginning of the next chapter of your life.
Yesterday was good, for the most part. Kitty and I enjoyed our lunch at a greek restaurant - including dessert. We chatted and caught up and laughed as well as some serious talk sprinkled in around in different places. She was pretty stoned on percoset when we got to the hospital; and man she needed it for what she was getting done. Oi. I would NOT want to go through that. She is far braver than I. I am glad that I am considered enough of a good friend to have been asked to be there with her.
Did you know that CVS does NOT carry excedrin or any knockoff thereof? If it had, I could have gotten everything I needed for the day an not had to go to walmart also. Sheesh. Whoever heard of a pharmacy NOT carrying excedrin?!
The weather here is gorgeous; the highs are gonna be in the high 70's/low 80's all week. Time to shave my legs! The Spousal Unit and I have the house open most days, enjoying the weather. I cannot wait til my jasmine at the computer room window starts blooming.
Psychiatrist appointment today. Time for the normal monthly checkup 'makesureiamnotgonnakillmyselfandmymedicationsarealldoingwhattheyshould' appointment. Everything will go well as I have been feeling quite good lately.
