~* My Week Off *~
Things about my week off I am gleeful about:
* I am proud of all the packing I have completed (wrapping fragile items in bubble-wrap firstly) - I filled 22 (very small) boxes -- as well as several bags -- with all our junk! We now need to finish the study (I need to sort the filing etc) and move all the furniture/boxes out...
* I relished watching DVDs such as "Spinal Tap", "The Doors" and "Sweeney Todd" while also listening to all the CDs I wanted to listen to (Bauhaus, a Gothic Anthems best-of, HIM, Joy Division, Fields of the Nephilim etc) - such a delicacy for me!
* I have been consuming my most favourite Rosehip Tea all week! It is the "Tasty" brand and is simply divine.
* I've been reading a splendid book by Richard Davenport-Hines about Gothic Art, Architecture, Literature and so forth... An excellent book!
* I devoured a delicious lunch at Expresso-Cafe coupled with some wonderful window-shopping. I found red-and-black-striped leg-warmers, a black lace bra, 6 metres of bubble-wrap, furniture protector pads etc.
* I managed to bake delicious banana cupcakes and choc-chip cupcakes... Unfortunately they're all gone now... Also cooked chicken stir-fry with vegetables and noodles - very tasty!
* We traversed to a pub with Marz last night -- 'twas relaxing to have a glass of wine while chatting etc! I felt the need to stay up late watching Michael Jackson videos on Rage (I was very sad about his passing)...
