Considering it's been nearly 3 weeks since my last blog post I thought I should stop in and actually blog instead of lurk like I have been for the past few weeks.

What has yours truly been up to?

Hmm ...

Hmmm ....

Shit, can't really remember. Ah wellz. Maybe they'll come back as I tap away at this dust-infected keyboard surrounded by Mixt drink bottles, various pens, a nail clipperr cups, and pay slips. If you walked into my room right now, you'd be convinced that this room hadn't been touched in a long while since my calender is currently set to the month of July and not October [yeah so I'm lazy sue me.]

Has anybody felt more lazier this year? I can't believe I use to go to school at 8.55am ... I can't believe I use to wake up at 8.00am and make it to school on time [half of the time at least ..], surviving on a maximum of 7 - 8 hours of sleep. These days most [okay all] of my days start at 11am and I can't seem to wake up until I have at least 10-11 hours of sleep.

Like wtf? I need to have slept around half a day before I feel alive enough to go to uni. That's strange is it not?! Maybe I have a sleeping disease ... I'm a sleeping addict ... I should go to Sleepers Anonymous ...or SLeEpY^0^ Anonymous.

Yeah, you don't need to say it - that was lame.

But yeah, that's not the only change I've noticed this year .. for example I use to be really scared of going out at night...like being outside after 7pm cause of the potential weirdos, racists, and in general, sick freaks that pollute our society [hobos are excluded as some of them are actually kinda nice]. Now it's just like ...nehhhhhh ...night-timeee - whee ...although I haven't fully become unafraid of the night as I always get home before 11pm when going out [which is always, cause no body lives neeeeear me].

Err ... what was the point I was trying to make ...oh YEAH. The other night I finished work @ 9pm and while I was waiting for the bus at the stop, a fight broke out outside a nearby pub involving some drunks who were seriously going at each other, until the police came and had to break it up [One of the policeman had to sprint a whole block to catch one of the drunks who managed to run]. Now had it been me a couple of years ago, I woulda been "Eeeeeek ...". That night I was more like "Oooooh ...."

Actually maybe I haven't changed . I probably wasn't afraid cause there were 3 police vans and about a dozen policemen there.

LOL. O-kaaaaaaaaay. Well ... hmm.... that was certainly pointless, those last few paragraphs.

LUM-DI-dum.

Oh yeah, learnt today that apparently ALDI is REALLY choosy abt its workers - one of my co-workers said she applied for the ALDI near where she lived. She's been working @ Woolies for approximately 10 years but ALDI said that she didn't have enough experience and thus wasn't qualified? Like wtf ...

Let's now progress to other topics, shall we? What's going on for me [besides family and friends]; uni and work.

Uni ...hmm ... nothing much there. LOL Summer's nearly here [that 35 degree was HELL ..especially walking to work in the heat] ... lots of assignments that need to be handed in ...ARGH.

Work ...gah. I get there. I scan. I pack. I collect $$. Hmhmhmh. Okay that's not all there is to that [I suppose]. I sometimes have to try hard not to give attitude to customers ...listening to kids scream their puny heads off because they want 2 candy bars instead of one, on Saturdays is a daily occurrence ... and the various strange customers that buy weird things. i.e this guy bought approx 96 cans of dog food. And it wasn't even on special.

I also spend $$ there when I'm on my break [talk about $$ going back into the business]. When I don't spend $$ there, I spend it on something ...gahh..good thing I don't work @ Burwood Westfield otherwise there'd be no $$ in my bank balance.

Okay, but despite all the negativity that surrounds the place, I like working there ... most of the time. WAY better than Michel's Patisserie by far. [Ironically there is a Michel's Patisserie in the shopping centre ... I've never had lunch there.]
