Bought a new gaming PC a while ago and installed Windows 7 on it. Worked like a charm until yesterday, when suddenly the INTERNET CLOGGED UP. I could say it started when I plugged in the other keyboard, cause that's actually what happened, but that's just superstituion and certainly unrelated. ;-)
Anyway. The name server appears to be working fine, but then it is just "waiting to load" the page and nothing happens. Eventually it gives up. I haven't used Windows in, oh, 5 years, and I'm a bit helpless about what I can do about this, or where to start looking.
I switched off all of my firefox add-ons. I ran a virus check. Problem still there.
Help?
(My Macbook is doing fine, so it's not a provider issue. I'm pretty sure it's not the router, as the settings for both computers are the same. I use Firefox, but the problem persists in Explorer.)
I mean, it's nothing that I need to worry about right away, but it is annoying to say the least.
