I feel physically much better than I did las tnight. In fact, a whole world less spacey. I think in a day or so, I won't need to take Fakequill anymore. That'll be nice. That way I can spend my money on bill and see it go down the drain properly.
Phone bill is due at the end of the month. wikkidgothbabe and I got our own phone line *almost* two months ago now since our housemate, Sandy, rang the phone bill up to - ready for this? - $400.00!!! To be fair, she didn't do that on her own. [Insert BPL quote: "Self abusement!"] Rather, she had a temporary boy-toy do it for her with random and lengthy calls to Venezuela.
So wikkidgothbabe and I figured after a month or so of no phone that it was time to get one. And we did. Neat package too! Any call we make in the continental US or Canada is unlimited and local!
Anyhow, since the first month was pro-rated, but nearly complete, we have *just about* two months worth of phone bill to pay this month. Ugh.
LSDT stuff: Jim the Cook seems to have a tree up his ass these days regarding me. Not sure why. We've gotten along famously for the past 10 years, and now all of the sudden he takes every opportunity to try to make me look bad, or say "Fuck you," or "You're so full of bullshit," or the like in front of others. I mentioned that to Glenn seeing as how we managers are supposed to get along.
I kid you not: Glenn suggested that I buy him an eclair and tell him that I really do appreciate having him around. If that works (and, yes, for peace and tranquility amongst mangers, I may try this), it will only serve to lower my opinion of Jim. Need I even explain why?
"On the other hand," (to quote Tevye from FOTR) if that works on him, I may have a whole new tactic to change other people's thinking about me. I'll secretly take over the world with my maniacal Evil Eclair Tactics! WAHAHAHAHA!!
For xkyx: "PDBP" is the new acronym for "Personal Displays of Butt Pushing." I'll probably make it "Rule 6PDBP" so that it will not be forgotten. If anyone reading this is wondering what that entails, and how it originated, then dare to comment!
Tomorrow is my big day to test run the digital camera. Learn the ins and outs, and, hopefully, get some new auctions up on eBay!
