yes! MGA Entertainment is allowed to produce and sell their wonderful, beautiful and original BRATZ dolls, until the end of the year 2009! That means, I can treat myself to more BRATZ dolls from Toys R Us, Wal*Mart and Zellers!

The judge that ordered MGA Entertainment Inc.'s Bratz dolls be removed from store shelves next month has a reprieve allowing the dolls to remain on shelves through 2009, according to media reports.
U.S. District Court Judge Stephen Larson granted the reprieve due to "the clear importance of the Bratz line to MGA's financial health," according to a report from the Associated Press.
Earlier this month, Larson awarded a permanent injunction to Mattel Inc. (NYSE: MAT) that ordered MGA stop manufacturing the dolls, pull the dolls off of store shelves and destroy "specialized plates, molds and matrices" related to the manufacture of the dolls.
The original deadline was Feb. 11. MGA is in the process of appealing Larson's initial ruling.
MGA is a privately held company based in Los Angeles.
Mattel (NYSE: MAT), the world's largest toy company, is based in El Segundo.
