And how's your Saturday been?
Friends, Romans, Fl*sters how are wel? I'm just popping by to say hello, as I'm doing my best to write a new story. I'll just wait for the laughter to die down, now before I go back to Jeff and his tentacle angst. I thought I'd share what I've been up to today.
For a start I've been baking, I'll give you the address to send the get well cards to at the end of this post. I've made a honey cake (made with golden syrup!!!!), and a date and apricot loaf, but on the bright side Steve's stomach has a couple of weeks to recover. As next week I'm busy getting the mop cut, and then putting up the Christmas tree!
On the subject of Christmas trees, for the last few weeks I've been eyeing up a particular tree ornament in Asda. I kept saying to Steve I'd only buy it if I could find it a companion, and guess what today my prayers were answered..... so without further ado may I present my festive Moose & Squirrel
I'm so looking forward to giving those two pride of place on the Christmas tree.
