Some good news at last....
I finally have good news to post on here. Bruce got a job!!! He now works as a cook at 161 Billiard Club. He started last week training on night shift, and this week they moved him to days. He'll be getting close to 50 hours a week, so I won't see him as often, but hey, for the kind of money he'll be making, I can handle that. I'll just buckle down and work on my chainmail more often.
Also, we were contacted this morning by a slave from NYC. Lets see where this one goes. The girl from AZ hasn't written to us in weeks. As far as we are concerned, she was a fake and just didn't have the guts to tell us 'no thanks'. Oh well, we shall see where this new one takes us. Maybe we'll have a slave still if this New Yorker is for real. Wish us luck!
