The weekly excercise on Saturday mornings definitely doesn't seem very effective when today's errands feel more in my legs:
- doing overtime at work (fax and customer after another) and therefore half running home, still mostly being faster than taking the tram
- take the laundry, notice that I forgot the coins, run stairs to fifth floor as I'd again most likely be faster than the lift, run back and return back home, this time walking to fifth floor
- take the trash out, on the way consult my calender compared to the reservations of the laundry place, always a hard task finding a suitable time
- take three bags of laundry back home and fight with the broken drying thing just to notice that it really is useless
- grocery shopping in a supermarket where half of the stuff I was supposed to buy was gone - no carrots even, what is going on?
--> legs not happy of all the running
- It was in the latest paper for celiacs that we can't use the normal-priced brand of oatmeal anymore. The brand allowed costs five times more than the one I've used so far. I'm so, so angry at this whole celiac thing!
