Why - a piece from 2003
Who knows what type of mood I was in when I wrote this down but here goes:
WHY 18 September 2003
Why do we subject ourselves to hurt & deception?
Why do we let our bodies deceive our minds?
Why do we let our soul control the fate of our lives?
WHY?
Why does God take away the ones we love?
Why do we keep that special person from our hearts?
Why do we allow jealousy to take control of our minds?
WHY?
Why do we allow the ones we cherish, adore & love the most - slip away?
When all we really want is for them to stay.
Why do we let them away from our grasp, until it's too late?
WHY?
No-one can answer why, but we must learn & overcome each hurdle that life throws our way...
We have to learn to love & be loved, live and to enjoy life...
We have to learn to open our minds & allow people into our hearts & into our soul.
For Without Love, One can have no destiny.
