Author's Notes: Forgive me if this doesn't come off as very "paranormal." I'm trying out this first prompt as sort of an initiation.

She had been waiting at this bar for less than thirty minutes when she found her target for the night. The doors swung open to reveal a tall, lanky man with blood-red hair and matching eyes. Such an exquisite creature was sure to give her plenty of energy.

She knew that a man like him would come to the bar tonight eventually. She’d prepared by creating a form-fitting black dress, cut low enough and snug enough to show off every curve. Her long blonde hair flowed down to the middle of her back in waves and her eyes were ocean-blue this evening. She’d already garnered more than enough attention since she’d arrived, proving that her form was at its most pleasing.

She waited until the redhead seated himself up at the bar and ordered a beer. Sidling up next to him, she purred right into his ear. “Are you all alone tonight, handsome?”

He turned to face her and she noticed two long scars across his left cheek. Somehow, it made him more alluring. Those who had mementos of conflict provided a lot more of a workout - and more delicious energy for the taking.

He smiled and she knew he was preparing to turn up the charm. “Not anymore.”

She ran a finger down his chest. “I’d rather find somewhere… quieter, if that’s okay with you.” She released just a tiny bit of her power, which was sure to induce lust. He wasn’t going to be able to resist her after a few more minutes.

It looked like her assumption was right. “Straight to the point, huh? Lucky for us, I have a room all to myself tonight.” He winked and offered to buy her a drink.

Alcohol wasn’t really her thing - he was going to be her food - but it was free and would give her a bit more time to use her abilities. A few compliments here and there, some soft, casual touching, and he would be all hers. He told her his name, which she didn’t bother memorizing, though it sounded vaguely familiar, and she gave him a cover story. Real names didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things.

Finally, they were heading back to the inn he was staying at that night. At this point, she was starving and practically ripped his clothes off as soon as the door to the room closed behind them. He laughed and said that he liked aggressive girls; she responded by kissing him fiercely.

This was one of the few times when she actually found her prey to have a nice body. She kept that thought in mind when she shoved him down to the bed. He was enjoying this, proven by the fact that he wasn’t putting up any struggle at all. She soon rid herself of her own clothes and smirked when he made a noise of approval. Why did he think she chose that form for the evening?

She straddled him on the bed, pushing him into her with little to no preparation. She liked watching his face as it twisted with pleasure and his moans egged her on further. The sexual energy was coming from his body in waves and she gratefully drank it up. It was rich and pure; a deep, wine-red color like his hair, and stronger than anything she’d ever had before.

Finally, she allowed him orgasm and he trembled beneath her. Satisfied and full, she removed herself and stood beside the bed, stroking his hair. This energy was far too strong for her to sap all at once - perhaps she’d follow the man and his companions further, just to feed from him every once in a while. She figured that if she took any more from him tonight, he’d die, and where would that leave her?

Just as she turned to get her clothes, his hand wrapped around her wrist. “Where do you think you’re going?” the redhead asked with a ragged smile. “I’m still good to go.”

‘Men,’ she thought haughtily. “I think that’s enough.”

That was the moment when the man sat up, making her gasp. No man had ever been able to move after she’d gotten through with him, let alone sit. He tugged her back to bed and she could feel that he was once again aroused. ‘Impossible…’

Despite the fact that she didn’t really need it, she resolved this time to wear him out to the point of unconsciousness. She increased the lust to unbearable amounts, until he dissolved into whimpers of need, and drew out the climax so that he had difficulty breathing. She felt beyond stuffed and sunk into the covers to wait for a few seconds. As soon as she heard his breathing slow, she once again moved to gather her things.

“Leaving so soon?”

Incredulously, she whirled back around to see him propped up on one elbow, looking exhausted but still smiling.

“You just gonna walk out after the best sex of my life?”

“You should be…” She stopped herself from saying ‘dead.’ “You should be asleep.”

He tossed his head back so that his hair pooled around his shoulders haphazardly. “You too. Right next to me, preferably.”

“Are you even human?” She clapped a hand to her mouth when she realized she’d spoken the words aloud.

“Yes and no,” he said with a laugh. “Yes and no.”

When he patted the spot beside him in bed once more, she saw that he was yet again aroused and she felt like she was going to throw up. There was such a concept as ‘too much of a good thing.’

“What’s the matter, baby?”

Sanzo was even more bitter than usual around the breakfast table that morning. Goku shoveled food into his mouth in silence and even Hakkai looked as though he was suffering a bit of a headache.

Gojyo had never felt better. The redhead happily downed a second cup of coffee and looked around at his sullen comrades. “Why’s everyone so down today? Did I miss something?”

Sanzo only glared at the kappa in return and Goku rolled his eyes. Another patron of the inn walked past their table and shot a dirty look in Gojyo’s direction.

The hanyou blinked. “Okay, I really missed something.”

“Oh, no,” Sanzo told him sarcastically. “You are the reason everyone’s pissed off right now.”

“What? Me? What’d I do?”

Hakkai sighed, setting down his chopsticks. “The entire hotel could hear your… ‘late night activities,’” he explained with a cough. “Not to mention the young lady screaming down the hallway at four in the morning.”

Goku snorted. “Yeah, didja scare her away with yer pervy-ness, kappa?”

Gojyo shrugged, pouring himself yet another cup of coffee. “Hey, I think we were evenly matched. I just ended up being too much of a stud for her to handle.” He winked in the priest’s direction. “Right, San-chan?”

The blond lit up a cigarette. “Don’t involve me in your lechery. It might be as contagious as your stupidity.”

Gojyo gave a ‘hmmph’ and rested his chin on his palm. “I couldn’t help feelin’ like there was somethin’ strange about her, though.”

“Prob’ly that she was interested in you,” Goku teased, grinning.

Gojyo gave the boy a light smack on the back of the head. “Why’re you all pickin’ on me today? Huh?”

“We just all want you to be careful, that’s all,” Hakkai said. “We’re getting even further West now, so things may indeed be getting weirder. We don’t know how our enemies will react if they start to get desperate.”

Sanzo kept silent. What he didn’t particularly want to offer forth was how uneasy the aura in the inn was the night before. It only made matters worse when the woman left and the feeling lifted. Whatever the thing was that was causing such vengeful chi was only just beginning.
