Packing...
Well today I am in need of a shower amongst the packing and numerous errands my mother has me on. My favorite discussion was when I told her before I left for Chicago that I had just run out of birth control. My doctor had been giving me samples to use because the kind I am on is so new it is not covered by insurance yet and he knowing I am not rolling in the dough gives me them for free. Well.. my mother's jaw dropped - SARA RUE YOU COULD GET PREGNANT! NO way! I thought those things kept me infertile for life!! Anyways, the recognition that I have sex on my mother's face was enough to terrify me. So I get to beg for more samples soon.
I packed five or six boxes of books! It feels like I'm bringing way too much stuff with me! Then again, I've only ever moved into a dorm before so I've never had an entire apartment to fill with stuff! And wine, I bought a wine rack and Anne and I decided that it must be filled at all times.
Justin was finally able to go back to work today and a good thing too! Although when I got home from dropping him off this morning there was a message from the chiropractor that he missed an apointment this morning - oops!
I stopped by Winona on Friday on my way back from Chicago - I've decided Winona is somehow my catharsis, I leave feeling rejuvinated and refreshed! I didn't get to see Kira though, although I was told marvelous stories about getting to hang out with her from others. I need to schedule a date with that lady and maybe some Karaoke cuz boy do I miss her so and her cuteness!
Well, back to laundry and packing!
