quarantine: rain and tea

Apr 06, 2020 07:02

I shuddered to contemplate a world in which Aunt Cythera was an actual mad scientist.

Today's Decameron story is a bit of SF by Marissa Lingen. If this line hooks you the way it hooks me, you might enjoy the story as much as I did over my morning tea (dropped on my doorstep by another friend the other day, thanks LBT!)

Woke to RAIN, so very rare this time of year. I so appreciate free water from the sky, and so will my tiny garden.

The tropey bit of fun fluff I finished recently is off to copyedit, and now it's time to turn to another project or two.
