Over at BVC, one of our members has a son
who is homeless. He isn't asking for advice or pity--and he doesn't explain the circs. (There are many of us who know that family dynamics can be complicated, painfully so.) What he is trying to do is save a homeless shelter that the government is trying to shut down, just when it is needed most.
This depressing situation is multipyling everywhere, but sometimes all we can do is put patches where we can, one little hole at a time.
