Put behind a tag for those who dislike memes:

Strange! I did this one yesterday, but then I got a crash and it vanished. It's materially the same, except that yesterday "libraries" was "polyamory."

Cooking number two is sort of dismaying, since in my worldview time not spent in the kitchen is time well spent. I do love food, but my type of cooking tends to be "what cooks on its own with minimal prep?" Or if I have to tend something, it's with a spoon in left hand and a book in right--with the expected results of food splats all over, crisped things that went too long when I hit a good passage, and the seat-of-the-pants measuring.

Neil Gaiman is more interesting to me as a person than as a writer; too much horror in his fiction to engage me. Very little interest in philosophy, which I consider mostly theoretical gas, but I do have a peripheral interest in mythology. Cats are fine, but in person, not as a subject, and feminism as a subject is too close to politics. So where are the nifty ones I see on others' sites, like "rain"? Ah, well, it was fun for a few moments, and I wonder how my own rare interests are gently helping to skew lists for others!
