But one of my recipes from my food blog Incredible is featured in the January issue of Recipes+ which is a national magazine sold in the major Australian supermarket chains. Was flattered when I was contacted last month to have my recipe for Gingerbread Ice Cream included. Yesterday we headed out to see if it was in stores yet and I ended up being very grateful for self-checkout so I didn't have to explain why I was buying so many copies.
