Open letter to recording artists, part deux
Dear international recording artist,
I've liked your band for awhile now. I follow you on Twitter and check out your website fairly often and interact with other fans. I know I'm on the other side of the world and the likelihood of ever going to one of your shows is small, but I like your music enough to support you from afar.
You make it pretty difficult though. First you announce a new album and get me all excited. There's going to be a deluxe pre-sale, and I don't mind too much that it's not open to non-US residents. I didn't really want the vinyl anyway. What I do want is a cd. I'll even log-on at an inconvenient time to get one of the autographed copies.
What I wont do however is pay $70 shipping for one cd. What. The. Fuck?
