Okay, Weirdest house I've seen so far!

I've only ever heard people trash Kununurra. But I suspect I've never spoken to someone who's ever actually lived there.

Who would have thought it would cost that much to buy anything in Kununurra! Though I suppose the boom hit the mining towns as much if not more than Perth.

I thought it was quite pretty - has a national park virutally in the townsite.

Is country WA really in economic boom so much still to support this kind of pricing, or is the seller just crazy?
