If I'd have noticed this was labelled 1/? I wouldn't have clicked on the link because I don't like reading WIPs but I was too busy being intrigued by the idea of a fic starring Spock's childhood nemesis, and the author seems to be posting new parts regularly. Currently gen but will apparently be slash eventually. One of the Vulcans who tormented Spock is helping in sickbay - McCoy gets to know him. Amends (1/?)

This is VERY cool, but relies on the reader knowing that there was a TOS episode where Pike was horribly crippled in an accident, and Spock stole the Enterprise to take him back to a planet of telepaths where he could be happy. Spoiler

I quite like this, interesting idea. First sentence nearly turned me off when Spock said "for real" but I gave it another chance (generous of me *g*) and he doesn't use any more 21stC colloquialisms that I noticed. Five Times Spock Thought...
