Whee! I got three A-, two Bs, and a credit last semester. Go me.
Although damnit, I shuld have gotten an A in Finance.
Ah well.
A True History of Chocolate by two someones. One of the best culinary history books I've read, and I've read a lot. I wanted a little more on the chemistry involved in chocolate, because I know there's something funky going on in tempering chocolate but I don't know what or how that was discovered, but meh. You can't have everything.
Falling Free by Lois McMaster Bujold. Meh. Good, but I've read it several times before. Note to self, remember to bring enough books with you when you leave the house. Especially if I'm going to sit around in the sun for a couple hours, eating, reading, and getting sunburned.
The Warriors of Dawn by something Foster. Still meh about the series (it's the sequel to Gameplayers of Zan that I'd finished earlier.) I started reading the third book in the series, but it was even worse and I gave up in disgust.
...I read too much.
