You know, after seeing all the lists of books they've read over the last year, and lists of books they're reading this year, I've decided to attempt to keep track of what books I read in January. Starting with the books I've already read.

1. To Sail Beyond the Sunset, by Robert A Heinlein
2. Ghenghis Khan and the Making of the Modern World by Jack Weatherford
3. xxxHolic volume 8
4. Phoenix and Ashes by Mercedes Lackey (Stop laughing.)
5. Daughter of the Empire by Janny Wurts and Raymond E Feist
6. Servant of the Empire by Janny Wurts and Raymond E Feist
7. Fairy Godmother by Mercedes Lackey
8. One Good Knight by Mercedes Lackey
9. March Upcountry by David Weber and John Ringo (I think)
10. March to the Sea
11. March to the Stars
12. We Few
13. Crown of Slaves by Eric Flint (and it will never cease to amuse me that my favorite book in the Honor Harrington universe was not written by the author of the Honor Harrington series)
14. Wolfblade by Jennifer Fallon (surprisingly good)
15. Word history book, forgot the name and title. Orange cover.
16. Chinese history book, forgot the name and title again. Yes, I fail. Pretty good, though. Best overview of a country's history I've seen in a while.
17. 1st book in the Merry Gentry series
18. 2nd book in the Merry Gentry series
19. 3rd book in the Merry Gentry series (but not the fourth. I should probably be more embarrassed than I am that I enjoy the Merry Gentry series, shouldn't I?
20. The Sharing Knife - Befuilement by Lois McMaster Bujold.
21. Excaliber Alternative by David Weber
22. Off Armageddon Reef by David Weber
23. Vegetables Every day by Jack something

I know I've read more than that, since I've been averaging about two books a day. Most of them are rereads though. I just don't remember what else I've read, though. Starting now, I'm going to try to make a note of what I've been reading, though.

...And no, I don't only read sci-fi/fantasy. It's just the only sort of fiction I read, and I've been in a fiction mood recently. I should probably start browsing other genres, but eh. I'll be going back to nonfiction soon enough.
