http://hostek.com https://www.nearlyfreespeech.netYeah, yeah, thats two sites, but they're host providers. Namely OUR host providers. The host providers, out of dozens we've worked with, that I feel confident in recommending and setting up clients' websites. If a host server goes down, it looks bad on us. Since we're readily available we're the first people clients call, so our host providers need to be compatable with Mike's stuff, and have really good uptime so we don't get calls. These two have been awesome. No, we don't get kickbacks, ever.

http://html-color-codes.com/ Because my brain has better things to store than hex codes, though I have memorized a few.

http://browsershots.org Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but if someone's having issues with their mac browser and I can't replicate it I'll hit this site.

http://www.dreamtemplate.com/index.php Most of these templates are crap and non-relevant to what I'm doing, but its good to see what's out there, and what designs are popular so I don't use them. Example: light blue & orange was popular last year and at the beginning of 2007, but if I do a site using those colors now it'll look dated.

http://www.themeworld.com/fonts/index.htmlMore for logos and photoshop stuff, but unusual fonts come in handy. Be warned, it is possible to spend entirely too much time on this site.
