Ft. Lewis?
Someone wanna tell me WHY Fort Lewis -or Someone- is firing off heavy artillery at 1:30 AM on a Saturday?
I will not say I'm a bad cook, I am an inexperienced cook. However, I have pulled off lasagna, cheesecake, corned beef hash casserole(actually this tasted a little like cat food), artichokes, stuffed game hens, stuffed pork chops, casseroles, chicken cordon bleu, baked tenderloin...
But I have yet to have a succesful run of scalloped potatoes. They remain the parallel parking of my cooking repertoire. Damn you scalloped Potatoes!
I'm done. No more Fookin' potatoes.
Underdone goddamn scalloped potatoes + Heavy artillery = ...I dunno, could be fun. Where's a ceiling fan when I need one?
