I'm just going to go on like I haven't updated in AGES!
I bought The Hunger Games last weekend at the bookstore. The library just couldn't keep it on the shelf and it was only $10 so I bought it. I finished it today and am starting the second book. I really liked it. It's almost as if you shouldn't like the story because of what it's about but you can't help but get sucked in. I just couldn't put it down. Even when I told my mom what it was about it just sounds so barbaric but it was just so interesting.
For the last few months my sister has been trying to find a new apartment in Vancouver for me to live with her but there hasn't been any luck, which really sucks for me. She found a place for her and her current roommate. A two bedroom on the second floor of a building that is not wheelchair friendly. So, until I figure out what to do I'm stuck at home. It really sucks. I put in an application for BC Housing, which is a thing where they have buildings and special apartments for handicapped people but it didn't really work out for the three of us. I just don't think I would like living on my own. During the day would be fine but at night, I just don't think I could handle it.
I am really enjoying watching the Hockey Playoffs. This is like a first for me. I really enjoyed watching the games during the Olympics last year. I am in LOVE with Kesler. My sister even bought a Canucks shirt with Burrows' number on it.
