Reading
I just finished Anita Blake, Narcissus in Chains. I did not care for Obsidian Butterfly, kind of boring in the beginning but then it got better and I could actually read it. Narcissus in Chains was a bit better because someone came back but he's gone again. *pout* It was a big book and I started reading it in August, that's how much I didn't like Obsidian Butterfly.
Anyway, I'm taking a break from those and reading Twilight. Its actually good. I'm glad I haven't seen the movie yet, but while reading it I can still see Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson *swoon* in my head but that's okay. I just wonder if the movie is going to kind of suck, {not be like the book} and I'll be one of those readers of a book that is turned into a movie that ends up either hating the movie or the book? Or neither, cause the movie looks awesome.
I've never read a book that's been turned into a movie. EXCEPT, for The Sword of Truth that's been made into that little tv mini series Legend of the Seeker. IT SUCKS! Totally not like the book and the author always said he didn't want his books turned into a movie or whatever and he has totally sold out. I didn't even finish the books, they got weird and he's fine as a writer but he goes on and on for pages about what happened in the previous books. Got very annoying.
