Heh...
So the bad news is that my ankles (well, actually ankle, singular) decided to flare up again at the end of last week and through this weekend. So I spent today in my bed with my foot propped up. The good news is I had my iPhone and spent a good portion of the day reading a totally awesomesauce fanfic. And then discovered there was a sequel, and just finished that. I know,LJ! It's like it's 2007 up in here! It was one of those stories where you can tell the writer is actually a writer, if you know what I mean. AND, it wasn't even the kind of story I would normally read, since it was a "what if" and pretty drastically changed the canon. However I had read a few of the author's other stories and really liked them. It was one of those fics where afterward you are like, "holy shit that was so much better than it had any right to be!"
So yeah. I don't know if anyone on here even reads fic anymore, but I had to share with SOMEONE, and my roommates, though they would most likely understand (they are no strangers to that world) are a the way upstairs. And it is late.
